Personal Weight Loss Script 7

In the past I had a big, healthy appetite. I ate a lot because I was growing and my body needed the extra nourishment to feed my growing bones. But now that Iam an adult and I have reached my optimal size – it’s time to see things in proper perspective. I don’t need lots of food – I am certainly not greedy – it’s just a habit that I have gotten into. The subconscious mind controls the automatic actions and reactions, when habits are formed they become unconscious learning, things that we do automatically.

Hypnosis is a wonderful tool – it is the key to the subconscious mind and we can reprogramme ourselves for success. I am not the same person I was seven years ago – or even yesterday, or this morning. I am changing constantly all the time, forming new patterns of healthy awareness.

In the hypnotic state my mind is open and receptive to new ideas, new thoughts, and I can become aware of my eating and stop. Yes, when I have had enough to eat, I listen to my body, and STOP. I ask myself – do I need more? Am I really still hungry? More often than not I am be surprised at the answer. I am so aware.
