Now that I have faced up to the issues in my life I am feeling much more confident and in control. Just because a relationship doesn’t work out, is not the end of the world.
The world is a wonderful place and I have every right to happiness whilst I am here. No-one else can decide how I feel; and when I choose to feel good, I do feel good. I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and in the light, I see a lighter me. A healthier, more attractive, more independent and assertive me.
I like what I see. I am a good and worthwhile person and it feels good to be me. I begin to feel happier and healthier, more attractive and alive. I love and respect my body and I treat it withthe love and kind respect that it deserves. I want good things for myself and I begin to put only good things into my wonderful body. It is a wonderful feeling to know that now, I am moving towards my healthiness, my happier and healthier, lighter self.
