Narcolepsy

This script is designed to boost the individuals self esteem, to help them to trust unconscious processes when, by definition, they can have no knowledge of what is going on, and to focus the unconscious mind on repairing the mechanisms which control sleep patterns.

There is now some evidence that narcolepsy is caused by the degeneration of parts of this mechanism leading to a lack of particular neurotransmitter in the client’s body. So really the only choices are to help them to adapt to the illness, or attempt to stimulate self healing. As you will see this script takes the latter approach.
